Monthly Basic & Standard: 15-day money-back

Monthly Basic and Standard subscriptions come with a 15-day money-back guarantee. You pay up front and gain immediate access. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund by contacting us within 15 days of your initial purchase. Access to premium features ends once the refund is issued.

Yearly plans & Professional: non-refundable

All yearly subscriptions and the Professional subscription (in any billing cycle) are non-refundable. By purchasing, you request immediate access to a digital service and you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any 15-day money-back guarantee and any statutory right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

The 15-day money-back guarantee does not apply to yearly plans, the Professional subscription, or early-adopter rates.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Outside the money-back window described above, cancelling ends your access to premium features without reimbursement of the current period.
