The monthly Basic and Standard subscriptions come with a 15-day money-back guarantee: you pay up front and gain immediate access, and if you’re not satisfied you can contact us within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund. We recommend the Standard monthly subscription, as it offers access to daily bubble calculations and an extensive list of assets. Please note the 15-day money-back does not apply to early adopter rates, yearly plans, or the Professional subscription, which are non-refundable. If you are within the first 15 days and have a monthly Basic or Standard subscription, you can get a full refund by contacting us. Yearly plans and the Professional subscription are non-refundable. You are eligible for a full refund only if you are within the 15-day money-back window on a monthly Basic or Standard subscription. If you upgrade an account, you need to take the new subscription you want. Note that you can only upgrade to a higher subscription, or from a monthly to yearly subscription. The payment you did for the previous subscription is stored as credits. As soon as you pay the new subscription, you will get reimbursed of unused credits from your previous payment.
