Our Leadership Team
Prof. Didier Sornette
Chief Scientist Officer
Didier pioneered financial bubble detection with the LPPLS model. He is Professor Emeritus of Entrepreneurial Risks at ETH Zurich and Dean of the Risks-X Institute at SUSTech. He is a member of the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences and Academia Europaea, and he is an expert on financial risks, crises, and extreme events in complex systems.
Dr. Ke Wu
Chief Research Officer
Ke has a PhD from ETH Zurich and an Master degree from Columbia University in Mathematical Finance, specializing in financial bubbles and predictive modeling, refining the LPPLS method for crash forecasting. He is a Research Associate Professor at SUSTech’s Risks-X Institute and Co-founder/Secretary-General of the Swiss-Sino Innovation Center.
Jaufray Sornette, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Jaufray (MBA, ETH Zurich) oversees operations and business development, focusing on strategic partnerships. With expertise in financial regulation and industrial optimization, he has led complex projects for government institutions, major corporations, and NASA Ames, where he designed a prototype now used by insurers to forecast earthquakes.
Sergej Hajdin
Chief Technology Officer
Sergej is an expert software architect and engineer with a background in critical systems development. He has led global Big Pharma and e-commerce projects, served as lead developer for finance compliance technologies, and built MVPs as a full-stack developer.
